Pair of Pala table lamps by Danilo & Corrado Aroldi for Luci, 1975

640

Pala table lamps designed by brothers Danilo and Corrado Aroldi for Luci Illuminazione in 1975. The Pala, which in Italian means spade or shovel, certainly resembles the name it has been given. The Pala is a unique and special object. The body of the lamp is composed of chrome plated metal and aluminum, with a sliding shutter to regulate the intensity of light. Both lamps are in very good vintage condition with minor signs of use.
